Overall, my stay at the Shankly Hotel was really nice, thanks to the unique decor and the friendly staff who went above and beyond for me. However, I did have some minor issues with the dining experience, as the breakfast service was a bit slow, and the food could've been better prepared. Still, I loved the location and spaciousness of my room, which made up for some of the hiccups I experienced.

My Luxury Triple Room was spacious, but I had some major noise issues since it was next to the lift. I could hear guests coming and going at all hours, which was a real drag.

While I encountered some friendly staff, there were definitely moments where the service felt lacking, especially when I had issues with the heating and later trying to retrieve lost items. It was frustrating to make multiple calls with no follow-up.
